Pablo
I ordered my .357 lever over two months ago. Still no gun. My LGS is clueless and don't seem to know who to ask. Tomorrow I may call Rossi CS, but does anyone have the scoop with Rossi?http://www.rossiusa.com/product-details.cfm?id=157&category=8&toggle=&breadcrumbseries=
BarryinIN
I guess you need to find out what distributor he uses and see if the problem is there or with Rossi.Maybe Rossi is trying to get caught up so they can make me a Ranch Hand (the gun that makes the least sense of any in the world, but I want anyway). Pablo
He uses multiple suppliers and says none of them know anything!
RLH70
I ordered a 92 in 454 Casull from my gun shop in late December and it came in around the end of January, I ended up not buying it because I didn't care for the rough action. Pablo
I called Rossi today. They are hopelessly clueless. Amazing.

Pablo
Still waiting for my rifle!
Pablo
Got my deposit money back. I don't think Rossi are actually actively manufacturing the standard 357 lever round barrel 18-20" anymore.
wwillson
They still show the stainless 92 with a 20" barrel, but who knows.
Pablo
They show stuff, but it's like pipeline dried up. Really odd.
billt
I hate hearing stuff like this. Especially when there is no reason for it. If you contact the company itself and they can't give you a decent explanation, what are you supposed to do? This kind of thing can kill a company. We now live in the information age where this kind of news is transmitted in a heartbeat. You would think because of that these companies would bend over backwards to try to give good, dependable service. Actually the more time goes on, it seems the worse service gets. You would think these companies would catch on, or else they simply don't care. Service in this country has been going downhill for years. Bill T.
Pablo
Yeah it seemed odd they could/would not answer the most basic questions. I've since moved on - their loss.
