The optics are clear, they hold zero perfectly, the focus even at full magnification is perfect....etc. Just some really great pieces, which is why I bought another one to go on the .270, which is my deer gun. This is the reticle:Nice and simple for a hunting scope with no graduations. Far less "busy" than the one I have on the .338LM.
